Product warranties
TODOMOP is responsible for non-conformities of all products offered on the website for the following periods:
- 14 days for used or semi-new products.
- the warranty period offered by the manufacturer, which will be displayed in the product description for new products.
Used products do not have a warranty. TODOMOP provides a after-sales service during the specified period. The customer can contact TODOMOP's after-sales service by calling the customer service phone number 686 80 24 48 or writing to the email address hola@todomop.com.
Warranty on new products
The product warranty is between one and two years, depending on the manufacturer.
It is considered under warranty:
- Products with manufacturing defects, defective or defective assembly.
- Products with apparent malfunctions, breakdowns or breakages.
Wear and tear due to use, misuse or misapplication is not covered by the warranty.
In the event that a product is considered under warranty, the issue will be resolved by either repairing the item or replacing it with a new one, as determined by the supplier or technical service and at no cost.
Accessories and parts in contact with the ground do not have a warranty due to the possibility of collision with stones or materials that may damage the product. If there is a breakage unrelated to this reason, such as a manufacturing defect or unusual wear, the material is removed to send it to the factory or supplier for verification. If it is confirmed to be a problem with the part, the material is replaced at the supplier's expense.
Under no circumstances is the disassembly of the products recommended, as it may result in the loss of the respective warranty.
