Right of withdrawal
The buyer has a period of 14 natural days to withdraw, starting from the day the customer receives the product, without any penalty and without specifying reasons. The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be carried out by notifying through a phone call to 686 80 24 48 or writing to the email address hola@todomop.com.
In accordance with Article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the supply of services or goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly, are exempt from withdrawal.
Returns
The deadline for requesting a return is 14 calendar days after receipt of the package. The causes for the return request may be:
• Withdrawal
• Defective or damaged products
• Error in the order
• Non-compliance of characteristics or description
The shipping costs will not be refunded in the following cases:
• Withdrawal of the order by the buyer.
• Error in placing the order on the part of the buyer.
• If the buyer sends the product to be returned carriage paid, he will be reimbursed the part corresponding to the products, not the amount of the order.

El cliente deberá devolver el producto a TODOMOP siguiendo las indicaciones recibidas al solicitar la devolución del producto, sin ninguna demora indebida y, en todo caso, en un plazo máximo de catorce días naturales a partir de la fecha en que se formalice el derecho de desistimiento del contrato. Se entenderá cumplido el plazo si el cliente efectúa la devolución del producto antes de la finalización del plazo.
Return policy
New products
New products returned must meet the requirements listed below. In all circumstances, the order will not be refunded before the material has been checked.
We do not accept returns of new products in the following cases:
- Electric products already installed.
- Products in direct contact with the ground.
- Hydraulic products used with oil.
- Products with severe bumps or scratches and which affect performance.
- Painted or personalised products.
- Tools used.
- Incomplete products.
- Products without original stickers
- Products with missing accessories.
- Products with damaged manufacturer's box.
- Engine components installed and used.
- Assembled products that have been shipped unassembled.
- No returns of opened containers or carafes will be accepted.
- The return must be made with the same security measures as the shipment by which it was received, all products must be properly protected to avoid damage in the course of the return. Otherwise, the company will contact the end customer to study and analyse the case carefully.
- Any product containing glass must be properly adapted to ensure that it is received in perfect condition.
Used products
As a general rule, we do not accept returns of used products that are in a deteriorated condition with respect to how they were received. In turn, we do not accept returns of used products in the following cases:
- Hydraulic products used with oil.
- Products with severe bumps or scratches and which affect performance.
- Painted or personalised products.
- Incomplete products.
- Products with missing accessories.

Refund of payment
The refund of the amounts received from the customer will be made using the same payment methods employed by the customer, unless otherwise specified.
